Medical Care for Body, Mind, and Spirit
We offer primary care for adults (18+) for $150/month for our first 100 patients, $200/month for our next 100 patients, $225/month for our third 100 patients, and $250/month for our fourth 100 patients.
Pediatric memberships (ages 5-17) will be $100/month for the first 100 patients and $150/month for the second 100 patients.
No surprise copays, no coinsurance, no deductibles.

We are open in the beautiful and peaceful Leschi, Seattle, in a suite next door to our permanent office in the Leschi neighborhood of Seattle.
